Sylvia Caldas-Roberts

co-founder & artist manager

Having worked in both the agency and promotion sides of the industry, overseeing live shows, international tours and major events with top tier companies including Primary Talent International, ILMC and Clear Channel, she has an understanding of the 360 nature of the business that can only come from working at the highest levels.

Delivering on tours for some of the world’s most celebrated artists and brands, from Coldplay to Bon Jovi, Fatboy Slim, Jimmy Page, Rock In Rio and Lollapalooza Brasil. Sylvia’s highest-profile role to date has been Headline Talent Manager for all four Ceremonies at the 2016 Olympic Rio de Janeiro Games, working with famous artists such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Anitta, Gisele Bundchen, in a highly pressurised, deadline-driven project.

Sylvia’s considerable skills looks set to forge a new chapter in her storied career as she moves to launch the first female led full service music management, artist development, publishing and events company Embrace.

Mariana Brandão

co-founder & artist manager

With almost 15 years of experience in the international music business, Mariana Brandão’s vast experience working with top tier artists, events and brands has seen her services called upon by some of the industry’s most celebrated names.

Working with clients as diverse as Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong, Anglo Management, NERVO, Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, Creamfields, Pacha Brazil, Rock In Rio, Vintage Culture and more, Mariana has coordinated and actioned festival and tour production, artist management, artist bookings, artist branding, tour advancing, music PR in both South America and Europe.

For the past year Mariana has been Head of A&R of a music PR company, with the company seeing a growth of 250% in sales in just over eight months under her management. Based in the UK for the past seven years, she brings her wealth of skills to the table opening the first female led music management company to offer 360 services in both the UK and South America.

Amelia Stranger

a&r executive, artist manager

Amelia’s journey started at a young age. She attended Music School, college and then finished at Bimm University gaining a 1st in Music Production and Engineering. Amelia’s love for music started within production and audio engineering but she developed her passion for artists within development and the music business.

 

She completed three internships within production, festival management and PR which allowed her to gain knowledge in all areas of the music industry, making her a well-rounded and multifaceted A&R Executive and Artist Manager.

 

With over 10 years of active experience, knowledge and passion, Amelia helped artists reach their goals and has helped them go above and beyond their own expectations. Amelia’s skillset covers many areas of the music industry, alongside her network which grows every day.

Nikita Holden

digital marketing manager

Nikita has over 6 years experience working as an independent artist, musician and mentor. First as part of a band performing at some of the UK’s biggest festivals such as the Isle of Wight and Bestival and now as a solo artist, gaining over a million streams on Spotify. By releasing her own music and working within the industry from the Artist side she has a deep understanding of what Artists want and look for in a management company and team.

 

She lives and breathes music of all kinds and is currently listening to Ashnikko, Peggy Gou, Sofi Tukker and Tom Grennan. Anything that gets her either crying or dancing! Bringing authenticity, compassion and fun to her work she is excited to help Embrace continue to amplify the artists of the future.

Gregory Raymond

ads manager

Gregory is a social media ads specialist, with particular expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising for musicians. His training initially consisted of years of self-learning through trial and error, an abundance of online courses and most recently multiple tutorials with the most advanced Marketing Experts directly from Meta. Greg is a diligent, fast learner with vast knowledge of the field and a burning desire to reach the lowest possible conversion costs for clients given their individual wishes and aspirations. Greg, an award-winning singer-songwriter-producer himself, has successfully applied these skills to his own independent artist project  - achieving well over half-a-million streams on Spotify since late 2020; largely through advertising alone, and on a very modest budget.
