Meet the founders: 

Sylvia Caldas-Roberts

Having worked in both the agency and promotion sides of the industry, overseeing live shows, international tours and major events with top tier companies including Primary Talent International, ILMC and Clear Channel, she has an understanding of the 360 nature of the business that can only come from working at the highest levels.

Delivering on tours for some of the world’s most celebrated artists and brands, from Coldplay to Bon Jovi, Fatboy Slim, Jimmy Page, Rock In Rio and Lollapalooza Brasil. Sylvia’s highest-profile role to date has been Headline Talent Manager for all four Ceremonies at the 2016 Olympic Rio de Janeiro Games, working with famous artists such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Anitta, Gisele Bundchen, in a highly pressurised, deadline-driven project.

Sylvia’s considerable skills looks set to forge a new chapter in her storied career as she moves to launch the first female led full service music management, artist development, publishing and events company Embrace.

Mariana Brandão

With 16 years of experience in the international music business, Mariana Brandão’s vast experience working with top tier artists, events and brands has seen her services called upon by some of the industry’s most celebrated names.

Working with clients as diverse as Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong, Anglo Management, NERVO, Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, Creamfields, Pacha Brazil, Rock In Rio, Vintage Culture and more, Mariana has coordinated and actioned festival and tour production, artist management, artist bookings, artist branding, tour advancing, music PR (with the company seeing a growth of 250% in sales in just over eight months under her management) in both South America and Europe.

 

Originally set up as an artist management and development agency, Embrace current mission relies on transferring skills, knowledge and connections with artists, management, venues, brands and industry experts into the Web3 space.
